As far as I am aware no such tool exists, though there are a number of tools
that hook into some of the DNSBLs

If you report spam to the more important DNSBLs it will probably filter it's
way down.. If you are using collabarative tools such as DCC, razor and pyzor
it can also help

I'd report to spamcop.net and URIBL.com
