  | ok. firefox just rocks. and extensions make it even better. two in
  | particular are brilliant: mozex and wikipedia. [ ... ]

another vote for ‘mozex’ — this has been a lifesaver
(er, sanity-saver) at work, where thee are loads of
intranet web-forms.... I was going batty trying
to construct and edit my input to those forms using
the horrid postage-stamp-sized Mozilla windows until
a previous message on ILUG pointed me to mozex — now
I can edit my input/answers in a proper editor (of
my choice) in a usefully sized window. and with
shell escapes. filtering, and more-or-less almost
everything I am accustomed to. thank you, mozex!

( now if only it could be used to also edit e-mail
during Mozilla «compose» — and _please_ do not
mention Thunderbird. that, and most other MUAs,
are, for really stupid silly absurd insane reasons,
  non-starters.... ;-( )

cheers!
