The only problem with starting to do that, is you'll at some stage want
to implement it as a module within emacs. So you can run emacs modules
as emacs modules running in the distro as modules of a distro or somesuch.

You may just be more productive using a useful tool like vi, or cat rather
than an old fashioned monolith like emacs.
