Actually I was just looking for the same type of setup, and came across
this german site:

http://www.thomas-krenn.com/index.php/sitelang.en/ (english)

I have no previous experience with them, nor have I heard anything
good/bad about them. The machines looks half decent, and the price isn't
too bad. The 2U servers will do up to 6 disks (pata, sata and scsi) and
can include a DVD-RAM. They will ship relatively cheap to European
contries (I'm in the Netherlands atm so I'm considering this crowd).

I also seem to remember that you had or have german connections, so this
might be something to look at.
