If you buy from Elara, enquire if you can modify the PC later to add 
extra hardware such as extra RAM or storage. The case will have a "void 
if removed" type sticker to discourage the owner from opening the case 
to carry out trivial modification. The sticker is of dubious legal 
standing according to one comment on the post below but do you really 
want to get lawyers involved?
