In faireness, the two vendors who were recommended to me, by members of
ILUG, www.comsys.ie and www.gnd.com , are the only two companies who
have bothered their posteriors to mail back, and I herby endorse both
companies as professional enough to mail me back and be willing to
engage to the same end. I did email two other Irish companies, who shall
remain nameless, who clearly have no manners, nor any idea about how to
build a business relationship < insert names of said offenders >.

Call it courtesoy, but, even if a company doesn't sell a particular
product, it would be.... err, diplomatic to say "Dear <blank> we'd love
to help, but, we just don't stock those items/don't deal in single
server volumes".

Needless to say the offenders, who are linked as HP or Fujitsu-Siemens
partners, have gone down my estimation of them... not that I held either
in particularly high esteem...

May their server volumes stay low and their backups fail at 2 am !
