Hi folks,
I've just installed SuSE 9.1 on an old pc to use as a MySQL
server etc, but whatever I did during the final configuration it's now not
possible to log in to the pc as an ordinary user using the graphic log in
screen, logging in from the command line is ok. If i log in as root & set
up a new user account it's possible to log in as that user as long as I
don't reboot the machine, if i reboot & try to log in using the graphic
login screen it just keeps presenting me with a new blank login screen. I
dont't want to just do a complete re-install on this one, so any help or
suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
