Whilst I see some value in this idea as with all reasonable ideas it is
a double edged sword.
Supposing some person requesting help with Linux was to post a HTML only
mail, they never see it hitting the list. However if it hits the list
the html gets stripped and then user gets a chance to check out why and
might just figure out how to get to the list with their real request.
Perhaps Kae would like to build on this idea.
