[ILUG] USB Problems

[ILUG] USB Problems

Hey all,

I recently installed FC3 2.6.9 and everything USB related worked fine.
I wanted to update to 2.6.10 to try and resolve the SATA drive problem
as described in
http://delltalk.us.dell.com/supportforums/board/message?board.id=sw_linux&message.id=5403

I updated to 2.6.10 using YUM following the steps given here:
http://stanton-finley.net/fedora_core_3_installation_notes.html#yum

On rebooting USB doesn't work. And as I only have a USB mouse this can
be a bit of a pain.

I found that by opening a terminal and entering the following I can
get USB working again:
#> modprobe ehci-hcd
#> modprobe uhci
#> modprobe usb-storage

Want I want to do now is to have these modules loaded automatically on
booting. I'm a complete linux newbie so I'm not sure what to do. I
think I have to add something to module.conf but i just don't know the
correct syntax.

Any help appreciated!

Thanks
Robin
