It depends what you are trying to check. I use DNS doctor a lot for checking
IE domains BEFORE they are live in the IE zone. 
DNSReport will only work with live zones, so it is useless in this regard
DNSDoctor will run as many tests as DNSReport, but you may not see the
results unless you actually specify that you want to
