As was pointed out to you already, this is NOT a list problem. Two 
possibilities spring to my mind:

1) You have subscribed twice. This should be easily verified by 
examining the headers on each of the mails.

2) You have set up two pop accounts in Evolution, one of which is set 
to get the mail from the server WITHOUT deleting it, and one of which 
pops and deletes. The pop and delete account would be checked second.



Doubtless more creative individuals will be able to suggest other 
interesting ways in which you might have broken this.
