As of the 15th April this year, OASIS OpenDocument may no longer be truly
open. OASIS has changed their "IP" policy
(http://www.oasis-open.org/who/intellectualproperty.php#licensing_req) to
allow patent-encumbered technologies into its specifications. Some think
that the term "Reasonable and Non-Discriminatory" is the same as "Thin
edge of the wedge".
