or they where smart and brave enough to venture out and give it a go.
Not everyone cares to know about the technical details of what they are
using to download their e-mail / website. They just want it.
Like a mobile, car, washing machines, alarms systems etc.
These people you are calling a dumb end user are your cusomters or potential
customer.
