Still only *just* the beginning though. The Smart roll-out is on their own
foptic network, and will be a loooong time coming down the mountains
to those not in a Metropolitic Location.

Has anyone any experience with their service as yet? I have looked at
the site but was unable to find detailed technical specifications there.
