I find twiki http://twiki.org
to be extremely nice. Its an easy install, uses cvs/rcs, http auth, and
flat files.
We used phpwiki before, but it never looked nice, and also
was very fussy about its database, so its difficult to migrate it.
Heres our twiki site, we use apache auth_ldap to authenticate editing.

( yeah, I know the url is too long, we'll sort that soon )
