No, if you LAN is allowed to make outgoing connections to the mail
server in the DMZ then that will pierce the firewall opening it for
the ODMR session to deliver mail to the second mail server in your
LAN.
Why are you setting up two mail servers, can you not just run imap on
the machine in the DMZ?
