[ILUG] need help

Hi,

I am having a seriouse network problem.
sometimes when i am doing browsing i gets an error saying .
the connection was refuse when attempting to contact www.netbeans.org. 
And i cannot ping to machines on my lan 100% packet loss.but the machine
on my lan using me as a gateway can still access internet but with a
very slow connection. I am using fedora core 2.Everything was fine till
yesterday but problems do come so here is it , i hope it will solve
soon.
