Not a definite answer, but a hint:
Check procmailrc(5), but something like:
:0 B
* < 3
/path/to/one_line_spam_bin
You'll want your usual locking flags and all that, and the '3' above
assumes an empty incoming mail body will contain 2 bytes for '\r\n',
which may be a bad assumption.
