Formerly, when I would attempt to get something from Sourceforge, HEAnet was
always offered as one of my download locations. I always assumed this was
because of some kind of geo IP wizardry. Lately, however, it appears that the
wizard has gone back to Oz, as I never get offered HEAnet. Not a biggie, as I
pick something else and change the end of the URL to =HEAnet. It would
however be nicer not to have to do this.
I am using IBB as my ISP, and I have a static IP which has not changed. And
other sites still know I'm in Ireland e.g. www.whatismyip.com .
Does anyone have an idea why this might be?
