Given the ancientness of the box, i'd check that the hardware is
alright, hard drive issues are often triggered when a box gets
rebooted after some substancial uptime.  I wouldn't say this is your
issue, but just to play on the safe side ...

Searching for you error prove actually quite successful. There are a
lot of similar problems as yours, have you checked it out ?

There are a few suggestions to wipe out (in your case i'd say make a
backup) the secrets.tdb file and re-join the domain. I am sure you
also checked permissions ?

Last, have you applied any FedoraLegacy updates on this ? Any error
messages at all in your whole /var/log ?
