  | Has anyone found a nice terminal app to use with X?
  | Something along the lines of seyon, but if there are any with built in
  | SSH and telnet support and a few different terminal types it'd be good.
  | I'm sick of having to use minicom in a terminal window.

 kermit(1), a.k.a. C-Kermit, especially as directly
 supports everything listed above?

or maybe good old (and I do mean _old_!) cu(1),
which is about as basic as you can get ....?

neither is an X11 client — you still would run
 them in an X-terminal (e.g., xterm(1), mlterm(1),
`konsole', and many others), but they have a very
different interface than minicom(1), which might
be what you are really after?

cheers!
