[ILUG] USB fault

Hi all
Fedora core 3 with 2.6.11-1.27_FC3 i686 athlon.
I got this error while rebooting my machine 2 days ago,
rebooting several times caused it to stop at hardware
detect and go no further. The only thing I plugged in/out
of USB was a light but this showed no problem at the time.
I plugged out the power for awhile and then rebooted and
the system came up OK, the below snippet from dmesg is all
that is in dmesg over approx. 200 times using addresses
from 2 to 126.
Anybody see this before and should I be worried.

usb 4-3: new low speed USB device using ohci_hcd and address 18
usb 4-3: device not accepting address 18, error -110
hub 4-0:1.0: Cannot enable port 3. Maybe the USB cable is bad?
hub 4-0:1.0: Cannot enable port 3. Maybe the USB cable is bad?
