I was asked by a charitable organisation
what is the cheapest (and easiest) way to set up a web-site?
Is there a document anywhere explaining in simple terms
how one can do this with Linux?
They currently have a broadband link with Eircom
(I think at the cheapest personal rate - Starter?).
I'm not quite clear what the relation is
between getting a web-site, eg from one of these cheap US sites,
and actually activating it through an ISP.
Any advice or suggestions gratefully received.
