Sorry, I should not have used the word "charitable".
The organisation in question is a kind of residents association,
but I am sure they are not sufficiently well organised
to have got charitable status.
(They don't even have headed paper,
and I am pretty sure they are not registered in any form.)
In any case, I don't think they intend to undertake any activities
involving non-negligible sums of money.
So really, I should just have said that "a group" is wondering
what is the cheapest way of setting up a web-site.
