A cheap hosting provider is your best option. You can a few euros (I
pay 10 euros/month for a multidomain hosting (up to 5 domains) 1GB,
MySQL PostgreSQL, SMTP, POP...).
Using a good provider you can cover your needs spending less than 40
or 50 euros/year.
For so small need it's no worth having their own server (who need
maintenance and eats electricity).
