 From the level of your questions so far, I think it's fair to assume 
that you're a Linux beginner. In that case, SuSE is a perfectly good 
choice. It's quite polished, and has what's widely regarded as the best 
GUI Linux configuration tool, YAST. As time goes by, you may decide to 
experiment with different Linux distributions (they're all the same 
OPERATING SYSTEM as such, but they're packaged differently, with e.g. 
different GUI configuration tools) but for the moment, I'd stick to 
what you have, and learn about that.
