Definetly worth a look for "a group" like that. www.blogger.com. You
register with a username, displyname and password. Takes less than a
minute and costs nothing. It also has the added advantage that they
get a form, type in what the want on the site and hit publish, no html
required. Other than that don't eircom themselves do free hosting?
