Oh come *on*.  This is a *Linux* user group list.  Word doesn't even  
*run* on Linux without lots of hackery.

This has NOTHING WHATSOEVER to do with Linux.  While the group in  
general has been pretty tolerant of OT questions and commentary, I  
think this crosses the boundary.  It is not a general-purpose "please  
help me with my computer" list.  Questions about weirdness in Windows  
software simply don't belong here.
