Dear Sir(s), Re: New Invention and its patent right

May I have the privilege to convey you about a new invention in the field of computer system with the following applicability:
_______________________________________________________________
This is about the computer hard disk, when a computer becomes suddenly non-functional due to Hard Disk problem and at this time Softwares also fails to help because the system cannot recognize the hard disk even though it is physically ok and well connected to the computer. At this moment, Computer-user is in big trouble as he is unable to get access to his valuable data.
My invention will restore the functioning of such non-functional ( non-accessible or non-detected ) hard disk for re-use keeping the original data intact without detaching the Hard Disk from computer.

There are four distinct advantages of this invention:

~ Computer -Users Data Secrecy is fully retained because there is no necessity of sending the hard disk to Data Recovery Center, where data recovery is much expensive along with every chance of leakage of data secrecy and complete destruction of hard disk is inevitable due to opening up the sealed platter portion.

~ No frequent replacement of hard disk is needed as this invention helps to enhance the durability of hard disks, preventing from premature death in the above situation.
Therefore, in one hand, users work-regularity is fully continued without any interruption or the hazard that happens during its replacement. On the other hand, huge amount say, millions of Dollars or more for a country could be saved for its replacement cost.

In future in case of such trouble, the method of this invention can be applied, time and again, manually or through remote control system to all hard-disk-using-computers on earth or in space.
It might be more so useful to them who are engaged in Space research program, because once the space vehicle has been launched into space, it could be very difficult to tackle this problem to work in case of non-detection/non-accession of Hard disk.

Finally, the hardware-based application of this invention, which can be devised with the motherboard and power supply in future, is very simple and easy operable.
________________________________________________________________________
My International Patent Application No: PCT/IB 2002/04840, published in PCT Gazette: No. WO 2004/047107 and furthermore it has received favorable findings from the International Preliminary Examining Authority (IPEA). It may be accessible from World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) site: www.wipo.int.

I am an individual and do not have the capability to commercially exploit the invention and am looking forward to a partnership with a group like you. May I request you to expedite the matter urgently.

With best regards
