I have had no problems with BoI or Permanent-TSB with Firefox under Fedora-4.
In fact the only place I have had problems is Goodbody's.
Re official complaints - complaints of this sort from any kind of
official sounding organisation often have a surprising effect,
since the receiver has no idea how many people the organisation represents;
while complaints from a single user are usually ignored.
However, I don't use AIB Business so it doesn't affect me.
[I was in the Dun Laoghaire branch of AIB yesterday,
and they have installed a crazy system of double doors
supposedly to stop bank robbers.
As far as I could see, a bank robber could get in perfectly easily,
so the only effect (as with many of these "security measures")
is just to inconvenience the ordinary user.]
