  | How do I send and receive email by way of BASH and the use of a Consul?.

a “Consul” is, to the best of my knowledge,
a person who works in a “consulate”.

“BASH” is violent shouting. I guess you want
to hit (bash) the Consul over the head?

Karl- you've been offered quite a lot of
Good Advice and references on this
list (ILUG). but there is not, to
       date, _any_ indication you either
read or understand any of that
       advice. people are starting to
loose patience with you, and will
soon (if I know the ILUG) resort to
much more severe sarcasm then my
       feeble attempt above. perhaps you
like being shouted at, but assuming
you don't — and are reading this —
pick one of the references you've
been given and follow up on it.

        _and_, AND, very important this,
afterwards, give the list a reason
to think that you did follow up the
       reference. (e.g., write a review,
or write up yer experiences in
trying to use (learn from) the
       reference.)

Ok? please, work _with_ the ILUG. we are
quite willing to help, but you have to put
in some effort of yer own, and it make it
 obvious that you did so.
cheers!
