Very well said, Brian. That was a well-written and clear explanation as
to how voluntary on-line communities work to the benefit of all. It had
crossed my mind that Karl was just a troll taking the piss but I wasn't
going to say this publicly as it's a good rule of thumb to give people
the benefit of doubt.
