Hi,

I am currently working on this part. You could go for the Grandstream
BudgetTone 100. It does  what it says on the tin, it is cheap (you can
get one from 120 euros with BlueFace and possibly less if you search a
bit) but reliable. You still have the option of softfones which work
nicely too (although having a real phone on a desk will appeal more to
most users).
