Hi There,
I wonder if anyone has seen issues such as I've found with FC3.
Here's what happened:
1. I burned some files to CD using K3b.
2. When I attempted to mount the burned cd on the same machine, it
failed with the following written to the syslog:
<---begin log----->
Jul 26 23:33:59 waldorf kernel: hdc: packet command error: status=0x51 { DriveRe
ady SeekComplete Error }

Jul 26 23:47:33 waldorf kernel: VFS: Can't find a valid FAT filesystem on dev hd

<---End log----->
3. I though it was burning coasters, so I took the cd and put it into
a Windows machine - all the files were there fine.
4. I took the CD into work, where I use RHEL3 and it worked fine there too.
Now I don't know if this is a fedora issue, or an issue with my
specfic CDRW/DVD combo on the FC3 laptop.
Anyone see this kind of behaviour? or even better know what I need to
do to fix it on my FC3 box?
Thanks,
Dermot.
