Not so. I looked up the MP mentioned in the article, James Purnell.
He's an MP in the greater Manchester area (Stalybridge and Hyde).
Does anyone on the list know someone in that area who might be able to
discuss this issue with him at one of his clinics. Note, if you aren't
a voter in his district, he won't help you. So it's probably not helpful
to e-mail him from elsewhere either.
