Just as a mater of interest, my wife and I are expecting twins. I currently havea *hardwired* han and so that the wife can work from home and look after the kids for a while I was going to put a wireless network in ( I haven't even started looking at the wireless end of it :)

If someone was to get on to your network and send a malicious mail or down load a movie what would you legal standpoint be?
