 You could give Hosting365 a shout. I'd set up a serial console server for
someone when I worked there. I'm sure it's trivial for them to break out
another serial port, if there is one free.

 The reason it's usually expensive is that serial console stuff is even
more expensive than ip kvm stuff these days, and even homebrew stuff to do
it takes up time, money & space.
