Has there ever been qualitative analysis of this as regards Ireland?
While I agree that taxes are lower, and services worse than elsewhere,
it always seems to me that services are far worse in Ireland than is
simply explained by the tax environment.
Examples would, obviously be the health- and child-care areas, but
also municipal facilities (or utter absence thereof) and community
based employment.
