Second this. You're right. There's a section to our copyright act
which exempts electronic transfer from copyright - provided the
copy-from copy is destroyed (and was legit in first place).
That said, you have to wonder why this person specifically needs
SO5.2.. (would later version not work? they're all backwards
compatible usually, in format).
