   you could have a look at www.linode.com
They do UML virtual hosts, and I've had one with them for 18 months.
They're going to support to XEN some time in the (possibly distant)
future.

You can manage the virtual partitions yourself, so you can wipe your own
machine and replace it with one of the various OS images they provide.

They have Debian sarge as an option, along with various other Linux
distros.

I love it and use it for www, mail and a voice comms server for a World
of Warcraft guild. I've also had very quick response times to my support
tickets, but there's no voice support as far as I know.
