Hi,
I have a Server with Intel one XEON and SCSI
interface.
I downloaded Kernel 2.6.9 Fedora with SMP version and
it is working fine.
However, when I tried to compile 2.6.9 kernel, system
did not come up. It always stops with following error
message
"Kernel panic -- not syncing: Attempted to kill
init!".
I used Fedora config file and other config files also.
But it nerver worked.
Any idea?
