it was compiled by lkl worldwide enterprises.  they use patented
"statistical needs assessed role keeping" data gathering techniques to
exhaustively record all "possible underlying numbers."  this data is
then collated, spindled using their trademarked "systematic as randomatic
collating and spindling machine."  finally the data is normanised by their
french office in order to guarentee their iron-clad quality assurances
and sent out to select email distribution lists.
