Okay, this has been annoying me for a while; so it's time to repost a
reminder.
When following up to a post, it is good form to trim the original
post so that only the relevant parts are included in your reply. If
someone posts 30 lines, and you have a reply to a question posted in
the last line, delete the other 29 lines. The rest of the list has
already seen the 30 lines, and we don't need to see it again.
Re-quoting, re-wrapping and ensuring that attributions are correct
are also common courtesies.
