I'd doubt it! & I'd assume that there's no obligation on them to sell an
individual anything, especially seeing as it's a *cough* totally de-regulated
market now, This may have been the case prior to 98/99 when
Telecom Eireann / P&T were in existance but now ....

in all honesty that sounds like a great work of fiction & even if it isnt
I'm sure that there's corresponding small print (white on white probably)
somewhere on the same page which says that said gurantee is provisional
and also subject to their line installer's cat not having a headache or
some other similarly catastrophic occurance which may hinder said installation.
besides "expect != will"
