Can you let us know how you get on? I tried OOo with this machine (1
gig duron, 256 ram) and it was grand except for the loading (i imagine
the cdrom is the bottleneck), but the specs are a longway off what the
web site says itll do. My next machine is so bad it wont even boot
from CD.
