Sorta..

ss/ "The service is free" followed by "Internet access is the only
facility provided on campus to certain visitors to NUI Galway who
provide their own Wi-Fi-enabled devices". So you might be able to work
something out. It does state that only windows or osx are supported but
that's more likely to be limited by their support staff rather than for
technical reasons.
