Why bother with democracies, elections, representative vs. first-past the post
fripperies when all we need to do is refer to the unelected, unaccountable
unimpeachable euro-bureaucracy?

Article III- 176: Intellectual property
The Constitution provides that European laws or framework laws will
establish measures to provide uniform intellectual property rights
protection throughout the Union and for the setting up of centralised
Union-wide authorisation, coordination and supervision arrangements.
The Council will act by qualified majority.
A quick perusal of that SCAD site (highly appropriate name) has done
little other than convince me again of the sheer anti-democratic
nature of the beast.
