[ILUG] sms messages

Hi,

for those meteor phone users who like sending 300 free text messages per
month but don't like gaudy orange websites.

Have submitted this to the guys who write metsms/o2sms so they can update
their much more useful script.  In the meantime, the above might be useful
to some.
