This is Cathal Friel of Merrion Corporate Finance, it seems: 
Either MS have been briefing him exclusively, because that's a 100% MS PR
line; or MS PR wrote the piece on behalf of the ISA. I'd suspect
the latter, given the source.
Has anyone got the text? I'm not a subscriber (nor am I sure if the
supplement would be online anyway.)
