Hi Ruairi,
I've been on Korn shell, Solaris admin and C++ courses with this crowd:
http://www.griffinsoft.com/
and they have been generally very good, and willing to customise courses
to our needs. I can't comment on the quality of any Java courses they may
offer, but in general they know their stuff.
